StockOff

Terms of Service

Last updated: this launch phase.

1. What Stock Off is

Stock Off is a discovery and enquiry platform. We help verified businesses list clearance and dead stock, and help buyers find and enquire about it. We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, or take possession of any product listed.

2. Sellers are responsible for their listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — price, quantity, condition, and description. Business verification confirms the business is genuine; it is not an inspection or endorsement of any specific product.

3. The transaction is between buyer and seller

Stock Off does not process payments for products, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee any sale. Any negotiation, pickup, payment, or dispute over a product is solely between the buyer and the seller.

4. Clearance Boost

Boost is a paid, optional feature that increases a listing's visibility for a fixed period. It is a promotional feature only and does not guarantee any enquiry or sale.

5. Acceptable use

Don't list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited goods. Don't post spam or duplicate listings. Don't use the platform to harass another user. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Changes

We're an early-stage platform and these terms may change as the product evolves. We'll update this page when they do.

This is a plain-language summary written for an early launch, not a substitute for professional legal advice. As the platform scales, these terms should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
